NICOLE Doñe-Pimentel | Founder | Based in Florida

Nicole Doñe-Pimentel is an Afro-Latina transplant from NYC, with a love for design, fashion, and travel. After years of working in financial marketing and business development, she decided to take a leap of faith and leave corporate America after stumbling across the ‘rep’ world. This led her to found her own group Designed & Delivered in 2016.

Nicole’s yearning for community led to her founding the MiD Collective in 2019, after meeting several BIPOC designers on her many sales calls and noticing a lack of connection. She recognized a need and desire for BIPOC industry members to convene and support one another. The MiD Collective is an ongoing grassroots effort to unify, develop, and celebrate the talents and careers of black and brown interior design professionals.
